Postage upon request - you can choose between Deutsche Post / DHL (cheap but slow) or UPS Service (fast but expensive)

Costs are on buyers side if shipments without registration go lost!
Orders with registration on buyers responsibility - charge payed additional to postage by buyer

You 've to pay ALL costs of bank transfer (wiring)!!! (ask your bank for the complete costs about wiring to an IBAN account in Germany before order).

Payment via PayPal will incur +4% transfer fees to total amount - you will get a money request from paypal@twilight-distribution.com

Payment via moneybookers will incur +1% (up to EUR 0.50) transfer fees at transfer - you will get a money request from moneybookers@twilight-distribution.com

Other terms of payment only by special arrangement - possible fees always have to be paid by the buyer!

Outside Germany we only accept advance payment - the delivery will only be effected after receipt of payment!

General:

Requests of price-code list and orders will only be handled against presentation (with fax or email) of a valid trade license.

There is no minimum order quantity or value - exceptions reserved!

10% return-right of undamaged goods within 6 months after delivery - exceptions reserved! Vinyl & Merchandise has no return-right!
Should a request for return be issued by twilight the return is to be effected immediately. Goods which are not returned will be invoiced! Dispatch and packing charges of the return are on account of sender.

Please, take care, that you accept an undamaged shipment of the carrier!!

First orders without valid eMail address or phone number won't be shipped.

The resale, trade or exchange back to Germany is NOT permit and may have cause criminal proceeding!
